By using the Grow Your Server Bot and this website, you agree to the following Privacy Policy.

What kind of information do we store?

  • In order to provide you with bumps, advertisements and the appropriate content for your guild, we save the guildID, userID, channelID, and custom content.

  • When users send the bump, statistics are tracked about the bump (number of times bumped and cooldowns).

  • We do not store any message data.

  • If at any time you are blocked from sending/receiving bumps, a reason and the flag are stored to prevent bumps.

  • When a report is sent about a bump, we store the reason, the guildID, and the userID of the reporter.

  • When a guild adds/removes the bot, a message is sent to our Support Server as a notification and is not stored.

Why do we store the information and how we use them?

We store information to provide you with the right content for your guild and settings you have picked. This improves user experience and prevents spam and junk being sent to your guild.

Who gets this data?

  • Staff at Grow Your Server can see if a guild is blacklisted.

  • The detailed information can only be seen by the owner.

3rd Party Data Sharing

We do not share any data with a 3rd Party.

  • If you are concerned about the data we store, please contact us.

  • You have the right to request all the data we store about you. It can take up to 72 hours to gather all your data.

How to Remove your data

  • To request removal of your data, contact us below to join our Discord server.

  • Clearing this data does not clear your blocked data.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy on occasion. A notification of the changes will be sent via our Discord Support Server. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will also change accordingly.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
