By using the Grow Your Server Bot and this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings outlined in this section. The following definitions apply consistently whether used in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Bot refers to the Grow Your Server Discord bot, available via Discord's services.

  • Content encompasses messages, information, advertisements, or any text displayed on or through our Service(s).

  • Service refers to the Website or Bot.

  • Third-party refers to any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) supplied by third parties that may be displayed, included, or made available through the Service.

  • ToS stands for these Terms of Service.

  • Us, Our, We refer to Grow Your Server.

  • Website means the Grow Your Server website.

  • You, Your refers to the individual accessing or using the Service(s), or any company or legal entity on whose behalf that individual is acting.

User Responsibilities

  • You must respect both this ToS and the Discord Terms of Service, as well as any Third-party service terms.

  • We are not liable for any damage (including a damage in reputation) caused by your use of the Service.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of Third-party services referred by the Bot.

  • Users can execute commands, customize features, and submit data, but they are responsible for their actions. Any abuse may lead to a blacklist from the Bot.

User Rights

  • You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it.

  • You can request access to any data we have collected about you.

  • If you discover copyrighted content on our Service, you may report it, and we will take action to remove it.

  • If you have concerns, feel free to contact us for more details regarding how we handle data.

Miscellaneous

  • We may discontinue our Service at any time without prior notice.

  • We are not responsible for Content uploaded to our Bot, for example, via bumps and advertisements. Responsibility lies with each user. If necessary, we may remove Content after receiving a complaint, and the user may be banned from further use of the Service.

Changes to the Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. We will attempt to give at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. We have the final say on what constitutes a change.

By continuing to access or use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms, please stop using our Service(s).
